Welcome Back! Here is what to expect…

Welcome back to Caledonia Hot Yoga.

We are excited to be coming together again for a much-needed hot yoga practice. We feel confident that we have put strict measures in place to allow you to enjoy a safe practice.

Please be patient over the next week as we adjust your account to cover any lost time you may have incurred because of the closure.

As class sizes are extremely limited, please only sign up for classes you can commit to attending. Please be reasonable with bookings and do not plan too far ahead so you know, with certainty, you will be able to attend. We have temporarily removed any high intensity classes to avoid excessive heavy breathing in the studio for your safety. These power type classes will return once Covid restrictions are lifted.

As a small business we would like to thank you for your patience and understanding during this challenging time. We understand that this transition schedule and classes may look different but please be appreciative of the temporary measures that are needed to be able to reopen at this time. We are hopeful that we will be able to return to a regular schedule as soon as current restrictions allow.

Studio Etiquette During COVID-19 - What Can You Expect...

  • Self Assess using the screening tool attached in your registration before attending, stay at home if you are feeling unwell.
  • Pre-Registration is required on line. Credits must be purchased to register. No complimentary passes can be used at this time. Please deregister within 2 hours of class if you are unable to attend in order to retain your credit and allow others to practice with the large reduction in available class spots.
  • 30% class capacity reducing class sizes from 16 to 6 which will allow for increased space between participants.
  • Arrive no more than 10-15 minutes before the start of class to limit the amount of time within the studio and allow for disinfecting. Please leave the studio promptly after the class to allow for proper cleaning and disinfecting.
  • Essential Yoga items only as change rooms will be closed. Please limit the number of items and avoid bringing cell phones as there will be nowhere to store them. No cell phones will be permitted in the studio.
  • Social Distance by maintaining at least 6 feet apart from others.
  • Screening / Check-In at back entrance to building from parking lot.
  • Disinfect hands
  • Outdoor footwear must be removed upon entering the studio.
  • Washrooms for emergency use only.
  • The Changeroom is temporarily closed. Please come dressed and with essential yoga items only.
  • Place mats on marked locations on the floor and stay on marked spots for the duration of class.
  • Masks are to be worn up until the start of class and can then be removed until the end of class. Please wear your mask until your instructor formally begins class so as to allow people to get into class safely and get settled
  • Props such as straps and blocks will no longer be provided by the studio to decrease touch points. Please feel free to bring your own. There will no longer be rental mats.
  • Cleaning of mats is to be done at home. Please disinfect your mats and own props between classes.
  • Full disinfection after / between each class of the studio and common touch points.


What to bring:
  • Water bottle filled (water filter will not be accessible)
  • Mat
  • Towel (optional)
  • Props -straps & blocks (optional)
  • Wear your yoga gear
  • Mask
Avoid bringing:
  • extra clothing
  • cell phones
  • bags
  • non-essential yoga items
  • The schedule looks different because of the limited capacity of yoga participants and the extended time needed between classes for cleaning.
  • Class types have been altered to avoid high strenuous exercise that would increase breathing.
  • The yoga studio will NOT run during regular Physio clinic hours because of medical restrictions for clinics during COVID.
  • Class sizes have been reduced to 30% capacity to 6 from 16, in order to provide adequate spacing between participants.
Fee Structure
  • We continue to provide several options for payment credits. The unlimited monthly pass continues to be the best value as you would only need to attend 1 time per week to have the savings over a single class pass.
My Previous Monthly Membership
  • Memberships were put on hold during COVID which meant no further chargers were applied each month.
  • If you lost time on your membership month due to COVID, we will be adjusting your account to accommodate this missed time. Please be patient with us as we require more time to apply this change.
  • If you are not ready to return, please let us know via email as we have other options to maintain your current membership price.
  • Pre-registration is required for classes online at Credits are required for registering for classes. If you are unable to attend class please deregister on line within 2 hours of class or your credit will not be returned.
Class Check-In
  • We will be actively screening upon entry into the studio/clinic. Please social distance as you arrive. DO NOT arrive more than 10 minutes early. Entry to clinic/studio will not be allowed more that 10 minutes prior to class. Enter yoga through physio clinic/ main entrance to building.
  • Screening, hand sanitization and ‘touchless” sign in will take place at the alternate entrance to the studio/clinic (up the stairwell to the emergency exit). Please keep social distance between participants upon check in.
  • If you are having difficulty registering and you have credits, please make sure you are logged in to your account.
  • As availability is limited please be considerate when signing up that you will be able to attend the class. Choose your times carefully and do not plan too far ahead resulting in holding a class that you cannot attend.
  • Please de-register for any classes you cannot attend within 2 hours of the class. Failure to de-register will result in a non-refundable credit. Please be considerate that class sizes are limited and your spot in class could be used by someone else if you are not attending.
What if the class is full?
  • Continue to check in throughout the day as a space may reopen.
  • Plan ahead and book the times you would like to attend.
  • We will be monitoring classes and will add classes as necessary based on need. Please be patient with us as we need time in the first few weeks to determine the needs of our clients and assess the return attendance.
